How do I lose bust fat? I am really concerned about it. I read online intake of flax seed might help. Also apple cider vinegar can help. Is it so? Please advice

Dr.   Arti Ajay Sharma
You should try to lose weight in a scientific way for long term benefits. A slow and steady approach will be helpful. Losing 5 pounds in month is a realistic and healthy way of losing weight. Avoid eating salty fast foods, candies and cut down on at least 500 calories per day.It is best to discuss with your doctor, dietician, physical trainer or a buddy into weight loss and chalk out a program you can start with and maintain to. This is merely an advice and not a substitute for clinical examination. Keep me posted.

I am 21 years old. but my height and body looks like child in 10th std. is any changes to increase the height and weight without taking any medicines or with help of natural diet

Dr.   MITHUN HASTIR
Variations in height are determined by genes and external factors such as diet and physical exercise determine height to a lesser extent. To increase your height naturally you need to regularly perform hanging / stretching exercises by swimming, yoga etc. To increase weight eat regularly at least 3 meals a day and consume milk and dairy products like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets and sugary beverages. You must continue the effort and always be in touch with your physician who will be able to guide you best in your programme.
